Wigwam Tennis Exchange

Gold Key members are eagerly anticipating an exciting Club Exchange event with Wigwam, where tennis prowess meets camaraderie in a delightful mix. On Saturday, April 27, at 4 p.m., we will gather at Gold Key and embark on a tennis-filled journey to Wigwam Tennis Club. Our team of 8 men and 8 women, spanning levels 3.0 to 4.5, will engage in friendly yet competitive social doubles and mixed doubles matches against our counterparts from Wigwam. Following the games, we will be treated to a scrumptious spread of pizza and drinks generously hosted by Wigwam, fostering bonds beyond the court. This event marks the beginning of a renewed spirit of club exchanges, with plans to involve other clubs like Arrowhead in future gatherings. Sign up in advance at the pro shop!

Top Gun Singles on Sundays

Top Gun Singles continues every Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m., offering an exciting singles match-up. Members can drop in for free, bringing a can of balls and signing in on the iPad at the front desk with their name and USTA number. Non-members are also welcome, paying $12 and contributing a can of balls. Matchplay will be organized based on USTA numbers, employing a single-set format with ad scoring. Winners move up a court, losers shift down. It’s a fantastic opportunity for quality singles play. Please note that there will be no Top Gun on Sunday, April 21st, due to a tournament. For inquiries, contact Cody at cody@goldkeyracquetclub.com.
