Club News January 2026

Welcome to 2026 at Gold Key Racquet Club
Happy New Year and welcome to 2026. As we begin the year, we would like to sincerely thank our incredible members and friends for being such an essential part of Gold Key Racquet Club. Your continued support allows the club to remain a true retreat where you can step away from the daily rush, stay active, and enjoy meaningful time with friends and family. In 2026, we are placing an even stronger emphasis on tennis as a foundation for long term health, happiness, and connection. Our Junior and Adult programs continue to create opportunities to develop skills, build community, and support overall well being, while maintaining our commitment to offering exceptional programming at one of the most affordable clubs in the valley. We are also proud to be reinvesting in the club you love, with recently resurfaced courts, a newly remodeled pro shop, and a refreshed fitness room coming this January. We look forward to a year filled with energy, growth, and memorable moments and are excited to share an outstanding 2026 with you at the club.

Changes for the New Year
As we move into 2026, we want to share a few updates taking effect on January 1st that help us offset rising operating expenses while continuing to provide the quality of service, programs, and experiences you expect at the club. We work hard to keep any adjustments to a minimum, and these changes allow us to maintain our facilities, programming, and overall member experience. Guest fees will be $18 per person, per day. Unlike many facilities that charge guest fees by the hour, our guest rate allows access for the entire day. Adult clinic pricing will be $24 dollars per class. Please note that any previously purchased passes will always be honored. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we head into an exciting new year at Gold Key Racquet Club.

Junior Opportunity to Travel to France
We are excited to share a unique junior opportunity with an international experience on the line. The Road To Paris Arizona Regional at SWITA will take place January 23rd through 25th and is an open entry event welcoming players of all competitive levels. The tournament is UTR verified, meaning all match play will count toward player ratings. Eligible players must be fourteen years old for the entire 2026 calendar year, with a qualifying birth year of 2012 or later. Registration for the Road To Paris under fourteen tryouts is available at www.roadtoparis.us. Advancement follows a two step pathway through regional and national competition. At the regional level, the winner, runner up, and semifinalists will earn a reserved spot in the national event, with semifinalists qualifying only if the draw includes sixteen or more players. The national event will be held June 8th through 14th in Washington DC. Two national champions, one boy and one girl, will receive automatic entry into the Main Draw Open at Stade Francais and travel to Paris with all expenses covered.
